Mine is lowered via removing all but the two main leafs and airbagging it. It was done before me and I have yet to see how well it works.

Easiest and best way is take your springs to a spring shop and have them de-arched.

Marco, since your van is a 108 and a camper, how about lifting it instead of lowering it? I think the 108's look great lifted. You can just add blocks and longer U bolts at the rear and maybe re arch the front springs and add a helper leaf. If you really wanted to do it cheap, you can make longer shackles at the rear of the springs. You would have to get shims to keep your driveline and steering angles correct.

Many choices, but all will alter your drivability and some will alter your ride and handling. Front ground clearance, driveshaft angle, suspension travel.... all considerations...….The more you are willing to spend in personal labor or outright $$ will determine your happiness with the result......Most that lower their rides do so willing to make all the compromises in exchange for "the stance"...…. Honestly, the easiest, cheapest and quickest stance modification is "bigs-n-littles".... 15x10 rims on the back with 295/50/15s and 14x7 rims on the front with 215/70/14s or 225/60/14s... You will get the California rake and keep your drivability...Additional "look" of lowness can be achieved by installing sidepipes, skirts or running boards…...If you put your van on a forward rake, you will need to restore the caster angle with wedge shims to keep the van wanting to go straight (directionally stable)…..There are also axle flips, dropped axles, removing a leaf or two and adding airbags, etc..... How much do you want to spend?
