by Vantasia Thu Feb 19, 2015 11:45 amA cable channel called ME TV has recently started running all the old Colombo detective series, all from c. 1970-3, there are many street and traffic scenes with vintage vans always in the background. Plus the period cars are always great and the color of these productions is fantastic. They also show the original Chips and Rescue series, again loaded with vintage cars and trucks in every scene. One Chips episode recently had a ring of house burglars using a dark blue extended wheel base/body Dodge van as their getaway/stash vehicle.
