I guess they can't be had? Is there another vehicle that uses the same rubber? Anyone have a part number or a suggestion?

Big thread on 'em here. Karr in Los Angeles makes 'em, but they are expensive, not that great and the place lacks in customer service.
Restoration Specialties still doesn't have them, last I checked.
