Re: 1967 gmc ?
From the Grill and headlights, either a late 65 or a 66. Not sure about the factory 327 with powerglide but I'm sure one of the GM guys will answer that question.
I found this print out and it looks like it was available in 66. It's in section 3 in the link below.

Re: 1967 gmc ?
So did they have a v-8 as a stock motor back then ?? i was thinking only dodge did but i could be wrong. 2nd if it has a good 327 with a powerglide that would be a plus . 3rd how long has the windshild been out, I'd be looking as the rust under the dash and the wiring , weather and wiring don't like each other .

Re: 1967 gmc ?
I wondered, windshield has only been out 7 or 8 months its in a salvage yard, owner is a really nice guy that has saved alot of good cars from the crusher. I was there, he was taking me on a tour, one in particular a olds starfire big block two 4 barrels, but it has a hood and well that is a bummer, right. the motor and tranny are gone in the van but its really straight I think its 800 bucks we are discussing the 63 econo pu with the 170, I posted a pic of the truck a couple of weeks ago it started and sounded good didnt smoke. he assures me $2500 wont buy it I am not so sure I have been watching the thread looking at prices that seems about right. @ 2000 I would own 2 forward styling vehicles. The wife asked if u hit the breaks to hard will it roll over front ways.
I love it.
and of course he has a couple of earlies full floor to ceiling with junk. one has a pretty nice GMC steering wheel.
