I actually used automotive paint in a compressed air gun to paint my bikes. Has a little glass bottle on it and then CO2 canisters that enable it. I bought it at a paint shop but cant remember what it is called. You buy refill CO2 canisters. Was great to use on a small project and looked awesome but cant imagine using it on a full scale job. Here was my bike after I had done the tank and rear tail pieces. I was planning on pulling the front and doing that on the coming weekend and I was hit and totaled the bike 2 days after finishing what you see here. Did my own pin stripes on the side even though I didnt like it much.
After I was rear ended...
I restored the bike.
This bike was also done with paint with the same system.

On a side note, I know that House of Kolor sells their paint in spray cans.
That red looks amazing how ever it was done!

I am sure hoping I can. Was telling Star Dreamer when he and his wife were here Friday for dinner on their way back to MN from CoC that we hope to have the van done enough to make some events next summer.
