    Hi digz yes they are storage campartments .They also can lift out .Store oil, trany oil bottle jack,max. kind ofhide all the junk..

    the couch lays down to a bed .the storage fills the void on the sides it worked out well.still playing thou..don't mind all the dust in the photos.....

    the front seats are out of a 98 mastang gt. the drivers seat is electric . the rear couch /seat is also electric it was out of a 98 dodge conversion van.
