Which emblem? The FORD letters use a nut with a rubber insert in them. The door emblems "Econoline" or others use a barrel clip. I can get you either off a parts truck.

Any auto body supply or auto paint store should have them. Most likely the nuts for the front won't have the rubber seal but you can use silcone or a similar sealer .
