OK,,,,,,,do the parking lights come on with the 1st click of the headlight switch,,,,,,,and go out when the headlights come on ?,,,,,,,,, and for you other 68-70 Chevy/GMC vanners,,,,,,,,,do your front parking lights come on with the headlights,,,,1st Gens, the 64-66, dont come on with the headlights and we make them,,,,,,,however, do your 2nd gens with all those side markers, act the same way,,,,,,parking lights go out when the headlights are on..........in any case,,,,,,we will fix the problem.......

well,,,,,,the headlight switch sends juice through  probably a brown wire to the tail lights and front parking lights,,,,,,do the tail lights work?  do the front turn signals work,,,,,,,put the left turn signal and headlights on,,,,,,take the left parking light bulb out,,,,see if it has 2 contacts on it like a 1157 or a 1034,,,,,,,are the bulbs even good,,,,,,,,take a test light,,,,,,see if one contact, ( the left front turn signal) is blinking,,,,,,see if the other, (the parking light) has juice on it,,,,,,,put the bulb back in,,,,,,turn off turn signal,,,,,,see if touching that test light to the metal  part of the light or with a jumper,,,,makes the parking light come on,,,,add a ground wire to the base of the light and see if it comes on,,,,,,,if no juice,,,, there is probably a connection near the headlight switch where the power from the switch meets up with the 2 wires from the parking lights and wire going back to the tail lights,,,,,,,,see what you find,,,,,,,
