    carter yf or yfa, more likely yfa. Good single-barrel carb found on 70s era sixes. I had one on my 240 and it did fine. Should also be a good basic carb on a 250. Didn't come standard on the early Econolines, but neither did the 250....

    Although the "D5OE" matches, and the era is correct, the image at this link looks dissimilar.

    Also, I believe mine is a single barrel and the one at the link (a F2-2150) is a two barrel.

    Yeah that link is to a 2100 carb. Where are the #'s located Zonk? There should be # stamped onto the base. D5 is Ford 1975, I couldn't find a reference for D5OE. Are you sure you are reading it right? I think that number may be the number of the ford carb base, not the carb itself. This video shows where to look for the carter #,
