Tom, I just saved it to my desktop and when I brought it in, I just chose 640 pixels instead of the default 800 pixels and that fixed the "cutoff" issue...

Apparently, they came down the assembly line that way. It must have made sense to put both on the front and then move the rear one later. It appears that van in your photo got all the way to the dealer like that.

I never even noticed that in that picture! lol Yeah it seems you're right. But what a strange practice and you'd have to think that the grille would have to be off for the extra bracket to attach to something?

I think it may have caused additional engine cooling problems. its blocking the already too small air inlet.

If it was a shipping issue they would have thrown the bumpers inside and let the dealer install them.
