2nd Gen radiator

Hi everyone, I have a '67 that originally had a 6cyl in it, but now has a 350 with the original Powerglide automatic transmission.
I believe the original radiator and shroud are in it. Shroud has seen better days.
I've had it for a month or so now and it gets hot in traffic and starts to run bad until it cools down.
I changed the thermostat and flushed and filled the radiator. I bought a electric 14" pusher fan for it (not installed yet) and today it was running hot in traffic again and when I got home I noticed the radiator was slightly wet along the drivers side, but not enough to drip on the ground.
I looked at the overflow tank hoses and noticed the one that is on the passenger side was about 5" long and had a bolt in the end with a hose clamp holding it in. The hose was so old and brittle it broke off.
I replaced both radiator overflow tank hoses and am leaving the one unplugged for now.
My questions are:

Should I replace the radiator?
If so, what do you recommend?
Is it hard to do? I've done one in a '69 Camaro, but this one looks like it comes out the bottom.
Should I buy an original v8 shroud?
Should I wait to install the electric fan, or keep driving this until the radiator gives?

what radiator is in it,,,,,the 6 cylinder or 8 cylinder?

Thanks for the pictures! It looks like I do have the correct 8cyl radiator with overflow tank.
I need that shroud (and a radiator that doesn't leak).

Without a good radiator, you aint going nowhere,,,,,if you peek into the tank connections, you can see if it has 3 or 4 row of tubes in it,,,,,,,if you feel the front of the radiator when it is hot, you might find cold spots where it is meaning the tubes are clogged up,,,,a radiator shop can clean and repair the radiator if it still is good,,,,,,but people here also put aluminum radiators in them,,,,,,,there is always a chance the head gasket is leaking causing overheating also,,,,,

If you take the bolts out of the lower crossmember under the radiator, it falls on your head,,,,

Well, I took the non original shroud out and installed a 14" pusher fan and switch. Solved my problem!

how about put up some pictures of your set up for us?
