Here's another little problem I could use some ideas with. So the top bolt for the rear shock is seized in the sleeve that goes through the frame, I tried soaking with pb blaster for days. Nothing. I used a acetylene torch on both ends , glowing red, NOTHING. I cut the floor above the frame where the bolt penetrates, torched red hot, NOTHING. I then drilled two holes into the bolt sleeve, soaked with PB blaster, NOTHING.

My next move is to cut out and weld in something to replace the bolt sleeve unless there's a better way.

I know exactly what you mean. I fought one of those damn bolts for a week. I tried everything you've tried except cutting the floor. I also tried a ball joint press. I don't remember how it finally came out other than it was a war of attrition and I won eventually. Sorry I can't be more help than that. You may try the atf/acetone penetrate

Bigger wrench? no seriously, I had a stuck one on my Chevy, I used a 3/4" drive, 24" ratchet on one side against the ground and a 36" 3/4" drive torque wrench with the correct sized socket on both to turn the nut off.  These are typical pro iron worker tools used for steel erection, its all about leverage...worse case, the bolt will snap with enough force, then replace it with a new one.  Easier to use a sawzall and cut it off along side the frame or a grinder with a cutting wheel will do it too. They also have nut spliters if yours has a nut at one end, then can be done with a grinder too.
