engine mount direction

Post by dougtappan on Wed Apr 06, 2016 1:06 pm

Hey all, went to install my engine mount today and found that it will install in two directions! with the engine" perches facing" forward or backward. Anyone got a picture that might explain how the cross member is installed?I can more than likely figure it out when I get the engine back but would like to have it installed when I put the engine back in.

The engine will not mount onto the crossmember if you install it backwards.....The correct way is with the engine pads offset to the right with the pads raked rearward and angled down slightly.
