Took the van out for a good part of the day Saturday. I was really pleased with the way it performed. Getting exhaust ran and an alignment tomorrow.

Nice work Cole, awesome progress. Bet she runs like a champ. I too love those wide tires in rear, and slight rake look. It just screams old school to me. Geesh I need sunglasses for the shine coming off those parts. What a beauty!

I installed new seals around the rear windows last week. I was pretty happy with the fit. The seals are from Dennis Carpenter and it is the seals WITH the notch if ordering. I also took out all the old paneling that was in the van when I bought it. I also took out a ton of fiberglass insulation that are used in houses. Luckily I found no rust. I installed sound deadener (peel&seal) and insulated with Refletix insulation. It made a huge difference in the way the van sounds. No more "tin can" sound.

I also have been daily driving my van and threw in a couple of pics.

Cole, I copied your pics to my pc and reimported using the 640 pixel setting instead of the default 800 pixels. That way the pics of your Gem didn't get cut off...Sorry if I overstepped my bounds but I had to see the "whole" picture! Very Happy cheers

I sprayed my floor recently with a spray in bed liner. I used a kit called Raptor Liner and was pleased with the results. The kit can be bought off amazon.

Looks like a nice layer of protection. Thanks for posting the info on it! cheers Does it come in a spray can or did you have to use your own spray gun to install?

It comes with a gun if you buy the kit. The gun looks like an undercoating gun, but the bottle screws into the gun and you spray straight from the bottle.

Your Van is looking Great! Looks like you had better luck with your rear window seals than I did. Mine have a little fold in one corner in each window I could not get out. It was like the seals were a little too big. Can't remember where I got them. Yours look like the seals are nice and tight!

Actually I had the same issue. In the lower corners I had a small fold as well. I took some clear windshield sealant and put in there to stop leaks. I got mine from Dennis Carpenter.

Are they for sale? Where did you get your screen name? Cole is my last name and I was born in '63. We might be twins seperated at birth. Laughing

I think I'm gonna hold on to them for now. Cole is middle name and 63 was the model of the first econoline I had.
