I may be confused but are the rubber seals still available through hitech glazing? I can't seem to find them on their site.

you  don't have to cut the holes larger in that heater tube grommet. it fits as purchased.

The hinge gaskets from Steel rubber are one size, the front van door hinges are a smaller size but the larger gasket will fit in a just compress and look good.

I have been told the hinge gaskets from Clarks are crap.

Just received my order from Steele Rubber.  The customer service was fantastic.  They gave me free shipping even though I didn't know they had the promotion and refunded additional $31.00 after signing me up as a corporate account (no idea why.)

I ordered most everything they sell for our vans (vent window parts were mailed elsewhere and not shown.)

The door seals are impressive since they are contoured to fit the corners.  The cargo doors have a metal extension and hole to secure them.

If you order over $500, you get $15% off.  That made a huge difference.  It hurts spending this for seals, but gotta have them to make this comfortable.  Free shipping promo helpful as well.  (They even shipped my vent window seals to a different address than the rest for no extra cost.)

Here are updated Steele Rubber prices from M1D list as of Jan. 2015:

    70-211-55 Vent Window Weatherstrip  $109/pr.
70-2115-56 Vent Window Division Weatherstrip  $60.30/pr.
    70-2584-72  Front Door Seals/Set  $99.50/pr.
    70-2585-72  Cargo Door Seal/Set   $134.50/pr.
    70-3531-88:  Dog House Seal  $16.80
70-2170-57: Vent Window Setting Channel  $3.20/ft
60-0659-69  Cargo Door Hinge Gaskets/Grommets  $37.10/set of 4 (one set per door)
33-0531-42  Window Bottom Bumpers  $2.90 each (1 per door)
33-0128-88 Glove Box Bumpers  $.90 each  (2 needed)
80-0788-57  Window Felt Fuzzy Kit   $109.60/pair

WBL-653 Auto Obsession 1st Gen. Window Gasket is now $47.00 plus $15.00 for shipping.

Great list, M1! And big thanks for the link to the heater tube grommet!! I've been wondering for a long time if we could ever find new ones. In your photo, the holes look too small, but from the bottom, it looks like they are set up to knock out to larger diameters. Can you confirm this?

Ordering essentially every rubber piece for the van, so a few updates.

    1) Auto Obsession window seal is now $47.00 and shipping is $15.00.

I asked Steele Rubber if they offered any discounts on large orders.  They in fact do, and will knock 15% off an order of over $500.  That is a nice savings.  They offer 10% off at a certain value (not sure price point, so ask.)

I asked if they offered group discounts for van site, etc members.  She said "no," and that she did not anticipate part prices going down any time soon.  She said they had indeed realized there was a need for van rubber parts even though she was personally aware that many had been destroyed during Cash for Clunkers.

She said the typical process takes 18-24 months from start to finish once they determine they will manufacture a part.  All parts are built off originals using aluminum forms.  It take a while to recoup that cost, therefore prices are high.  She also said she knew they were the only ones carrying van rubber as a whole, so supply and demand in effect.

And...they order out fuzzies from another company.  She said it takes 6 weeks to get them because of that and the fact the fuzzy material is hard to come by.  Had no idea.  Either way, order yours now if you need them because six weeks can hold up your project if you are close to completion.

(This thread posts shows new to old posts in reverse, for some reason.)

Try this =works for me=== right click/hold down= what u want printed-scroll down to bottom of page- then release- select print- should then print good only the highlighted page. Some printers have also after the highlight a "print preview" select that & then select print! Hope that helps. By the way i also have only =print in black selected!
