Good one... was going to be my suggestion.

Or Paint it and go "Cool Vanilla" (actual Chrysler color)

That's the color mine's getting painted next week. I needed badly to get away from the yellow.

    Bill, maybe something Like Thumper!!!

When I first started with vanning, I fell in love with an Econoline named Dream Weaver and the interior was like a train cabin I think..plus I liked that song too! It had a train mural on the rear. I've seen pictures of it on this site before because it was in a Van Magazine spread back in the late 70's.

Yea, around here it means something like an old clunker... guess we just kinda called it that before the old truck started getting into into shape and the name just stuck.

    b/c of lol!

B Fever same thing as P Whipped? Rolling Eyes

Had a '72 lwb E-150 back in the day.
There was a nicely hand painted mural on the sides of an "Alien Landscape" which included an Exploding Sun in the sky. Inside the Sun it read "COSMIC STORM".

    GF named the Van "COSMO".

"COSMO" was originally owned by one of the Early Members of WEST COAST VANS Vista,Ca. Chapter. I bought the Van from a Dude that had bought it from Him. As fate would have it I soon after was voted into the same Van Club as my Van had been in before. It was 1976.
I was told by some of the "Older" Members the Van was one of the first with a large mural like that. I laugh at "Older", they were maybe 22/23, I was 17/18. LOL

I'm bored 'cause nobody posts anything anymore. I got a couple new van names though. Since my van's green, I was thinking Vannibis or the Greeny Weenie.

Vannibis I can dig, but it might get you pulled over more often.

The first time I drove mine the carb was way oversized, dumped way to much fuel down the throat. But, I still had it in my head I could adjust the carb out. Being excited to drive it I took it work, but found at stop-lights I was really having to jam on the brakes to keep from running into the car in front of me.

That's when I started calling him 'El Toro', because it was like trying to hold back a bull. So, some day he may be blessed with that, or 'The Bull', proudly displayed on the side.

Maybe Goldie's nickname could be the Midas Touch, heart of gold, sitting on a gold mine, all that glitters, good as gold, pot of gold or worth it's weight in gold...
