66 sportvan side step

the side step that swings out when you open the side door is stuck in the closed position what is the best was to free it up to work again

lubricate all pivot points with quality penetrating oil, allow
to soak in and repeat application of penn oil work the step
slowly back and forth till it moves freely, wd40 is not quality
penetrating oil, pb blaster is better kroil it probably the best but
hard to find.

I have one that works fine. I took it out to drop my '66. Let me know if you can't get yours freed up.

How's fourty bucks plus whatever I can ship it for? I'm also looking for both complete visors or just the passenger side frame if you want to do a partial trade. I can make the visor flap out of plywood I guess.
