I agree love the trim rings does any one know what they are out of ??? Aperson from indy did his front glass like that,But look closer it's a different rubber used, they install them like the new cars usinga urathane and the out side is a smaller rubber trim strip. Opps click on the photo for a better look.

the glass is glued in and the trim is available at any glass shop,
you just have to do something about the inside windshield frame
that this type leaves exposed, but a very nice looking set up

AWESOME looking Van sits just right great paint job also...I see quite a few split windshields done this way also in the street rods down here also looks better and gives a full view...MY guess is that the headlight rings were custom made....GREAT JOB......

Thanks for all the pics guys! I'm really digging that paint job! I'm saving a copy for future reference. I'd really like to make it to Baker's sometime if I can get mine running smooth enough for a long trip. Seems like a great place to see a good variety of oldies but goodies!

So you can get in without a van? If so, I'll have to try to make it. Would love to make the trip.

Sure can vanny. I made my 1st trip there van-less. It really is an ambition booster to get work done on a project.
