    Are there springs that fit in the long bolts between the rails and mounting bracket.
    Seems like it might cushion the seat a bit.

    Not sure what you mean by the mounting brackets and the rails??   I am thinking that you are meaning the bolts from the mounting brackets and up into the seat itself, and not the bolts that mount the brackets to the truck itself. Either way there are no springs in either spot,,,  the seat needs to be mounted securely,,, if you wanted to get more cushining effect that should be done in the springs in the seats themselves and not anything to do with bolting it anywhere.

    Yes the bolts that mount to the brackets.
    I have to connect with you on the pictures of the underside of my truck so can see the instalation.
    Now that I am familiar with the Aussie Engine I have a few questions to ask you.
