Thats a huge power plant, what did you do with the doghouse? The inverted alternator is a neat idea but I never thought of spinning one backwards. The plate in front of the block is also interesting...

The doghouse has been widened but it is still tight I have motor plates on the front and back of the motor no crossmember.

Thanks for the comments. Even with the tires I have on there it just spins. If I was going to get serious about running it hard it would need slicks. It's all about the look.

I've got a line on a 460 and C6 trans. I should be picking it up in the next week or so. I'd love to learn more about the install/fab. also looking for the talent to do the install.
about +20yrs ago, when i was about 18, I worked for a guy in Ventura, by the name of Mike May. In those days he had a '65 van, with a 454. I'm pretty much looking to mimic that van.
