Guys, I am in the process of getting my HAAS VFO CNC set-up. I know some parts are hard to come by. Can anyone think of some things most Econoline owners would like to have made, that's hard to get?

Looking for some projects to make! Either PM or post here.

Cast moulding pieces that finish off the front and rear of 'Spring Special' body side trim. Platers hate them, but if done in cast aluminum, they can be polished to an 'almost-chrome' level.
The original zinc versions pit like the surface of the moon. For simplicity, they could even mount with the new high-tech double sided tape, rather than the old mounting nuts.
Of course, many of us want a dash-skirt....

The oem style e brake handle is a sore spot for a lot of people. And the trim piece for the front floormat as well as the side cargo door trim/carpet piece and the rear door one. Also tailgate rods for the e pickups are hard to find.

Pigeon Falcon on EBay sells the aluminum brake handles. A little clarification of the CNC capabilities may help this thread along. I don't think some of the suggestions lend themselves to that type of machine but I may be wrong.

Yeah I'm not sure there are alot of things to be milled. Emblems really must be cast, steel rod bent/welded ect. There are probably some specialized items that could be made though. Not oem stuff per se but things that people need. Brake caliper brakets and so on if you can mill steel.

if you can get the specs or find a set to copy the disk brake conversion brackets would be nice... I think they are way overpriced for what they are .....

and the adapter plate for the brake master cyl to convert to the ranger/explorer master cylinder..
everyone on here with a 61 to 66 should want that.

I just emailed PigeonFalcon on eBay, and he says the he no longer makes the e-brake handles.  So, if that is a feasible part to make with this machine, I would REALLY like one of those.
(PigeonFalcon had been selling them for $40 each.)

Thanks for all the replies. Like mentioned above, some parts can't be manufactured on a CNC milling machine. Can anyone e-mail me some pictures of the brake/master cylinder brackets, as well as the E-Brake handles?

I have a Vertical Milling Machine. 3 axis machine. I also have a CNC lathe.
