i have a guess@ ur 90 wb also with that combo will be about=4500GVW 67 sportvan factory 283 auto ect.= chart tells me its GVW=3900
shows in my maint bood - listed with 6 cyl engine 2900 empty so u can figure about another 500 max on top of that.
