From what I read on another forum, they're very helpful and will discuss what you need over the phone. As I recall, you need a set of Volare calipers.

Here is Scottie's post on the A100 Yahoo Group forum (message # 30669)

there is a disc plate diagram in files for the plate. the rest of the conversion
    is 87 dodge
dakota 4x4 front disc brakes. you need the caliber bracket, slide pins,
    calipers, hoses, and
slip on rotors from the dakota. all you need from the a100 is the spindle and
    hub. the
plate diagram is for the 11" spindle, you need to redrill the bottom 2 holes to
    match the
10" spindle. a little grinding on the hub and caliber bracket is all you need,
    71/72 dodge
van disc brake master cylinder was used. this setup has been in use on my 67
    for over 4
years and never any trouble and stops great. anyone need help can email me.

This is the same guy that rigged up a 4 spd on the tree + reverse on the dash shifter. Smile
