E brake guide pin removal?

I hope someone here has done this so I don't ruin this thing getting it apart.
I want to separate the painted outside bracket and sleeve from the pull rod of the E brake.
Here is the overall view.


Here is the pin that needs to be removed.


Any ideas on how it comes out so I can clean and paint the separate parts and reassemble?

Ford one I just did had an access hole on the back side of the sleeve that you would line the pin up with, and use a punch from the back side to remove the pin. Yours looks particularly rusty, so be careful... might take a fair amount of force to drift out.
