I ve still got the original FM converter that came in my 66 van when I frist bought it. Grandpa bought it many years ago. What a trip those things are.

i took a trip to a local junkyard with my brother. he drives a caddy STS model
i was goofing around when i found a "bose" speaker inside the doors..
i took it out and to my surprise the speaker has an enclosure.. made out of ABS plastic
this piece holds the speaker, and best of all, they have an individual amp inside each.
that junk yard had only one STS and only one door on the car.. i still took it home
worked around with it and got it to work.. it sounds great... perfect for us that do not
want to make holes for speakers... im hidding mine under the front seats..
i found another two pairs out of different models of cars... if anyone is interested i can post pictures...

thanks.
